This system allows you to view the available classrooms, halls, and laboratories and book them with ease by selecting the appropriate location.

مرحبًا بكم في نظام حجز الفصول الدراسية وقاعات المحاضرات والمختبرات التابع لعمادة شؤون الطلبة.  
يتيح لكم هذا النظام استعراض الفصول والقاعات والمختبرات المتاحة، وحجزها بكل يسر من خلال اختيار الموقع المناسب.  
نسعد بخدمتكم ونسعى دائمًا لتلبية احتياجاتكم بالشكل الأمثل. 

Terms & Conditions

1. The booking request must be submitted through the group's supervisor or their representative from the administrative or academic staff.
2. The booking request will be reviewed and approved by the responsible parties within a maximum of 72 hours.
3. The hall may not be used for any purpose or event unrelated to the pre-approved and submitted event plan.
4. The requester bears all legal consequences for failing to adhere to the approved procedures and instructions.
5. It is necessary to keep the place clean after the event, and the group/team that does not adhere to the cleanliness instructions will be fined.

الشروط والاحكام

1. يجب طلب الحجز من خلال مشرف الجماعة او من ينوب عنه من الطاقم الاداري والاكاديمي
2. سيتم مراجعة طلب الحجز والموافقة عليه من قِبل المعنيين بالحجوزات خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 72 ساعة.
3. يُمنع استخدام القاعة لأي غرض أو فعالية لا تتعلق بتصور الفعالية المقدم والمعتمد مسبقاً.
4. يتحمل مقدم الحجز جميع التبعات القانونية في حالة عدم اتباع الاجراءات والتعليمات المعتمدة.
5. ضرورة بقاء المكان نظيفا بعد الانتهاء من الفعالية وسيتم مخالفة الجماعة/المجموعة التي لا تلتزم بتعليمات النظافة.
