Booking instructions at (ILC)
- Use the hall only for its designated purpose.
- Commitment to implementing precautionary measures is essential.
- Avoid installing stickers on the wall to maintain the effectiveness of the interactive whiteboard.
- Refrain from putting up any posters on the walls of the hall.
- Remember to bring your own stationery.
- Ensure timely completion.
- When rearranging furniture in the hall, return it to its original layout before leaving.
- Maintain cleanliness in the area.
- Booking is available for free workshops exclusively.
- Meals are not permitted in the halls during workshops and events, only snacks are allowed.
- Please refrain from altering electrical connections to devices and computers inside the hall. If changes are necessary, please inform us.
- The center does not provide technical requirements; it only offers computers, projectors, and technical support related to the center’s equipment and hall if needed.

- عدم استخدام القاعة إلا للغرض المخصص لها.
- الالتزام بتطبيق الإجراءات الاحترازية.
- عدم تركيب ملصقات على الجدار لضمان فعالية السبورة التفاعلية.
- عدم تركيب أي ملصقات على جدران القاعة.
- إحضار القرطاسية الخاصة بكم.
- الانتهاء في الوقت المحدد.
- عند تحريك الأثاث في القاعة إعادته بنفس التنسيق السابق قبل مغادرة القاعة.
- المحافظة على نظافة المكان.
- الحجز متوفر للورش المجانية فقط.
- لا يسمح بإدخال الوجبات في القاعات أثناء الورش والفعاليات، فقط الوجبات الخفيفة "سناكس".
- الرجاء عدم التغيير في توصيلات الكهرباء للأجهزة والحواسيب داخل القاعة وعند تغييرها الرجاء إعلامنا بذلك.
- المركز غير مسؤول عن توفير أي متطلبات فنية، فقط توفير جهاز الحاسب الآلي والبروجكتر وتقديم الدعم الفني الذي يخص أجهزة وقاعة المركز إن تطلب الأمر.
